California High School Basketball - McClatchy can't hold off Burbank
January 11, 2023: Sacramento, CA 95818 The Burbank Titans basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host McClatchy Lions to 50 in the Titans league victory on Wednesday.
The Titans now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grant for a contest on Friday, January 13. Burbank will battle a Pacers team coming off a 64-43 league loss to Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Pacers record now stands at 4-3.
The Lions (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA). The Cougars come into the contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Kennedy was nudged by River City (West Sacramento, CA), 52-49, in a league contest.
