Pocatello Thunder (Pocatello, ID) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Preston Indians (Preston, ID), 72-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Pocatello upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Thunder host Minico (Rupert, ID) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
