Missouri High School Basketball - Barstow knocked off by Benton
January 11, 2024: St. Joseph, MO 64504 The Benton Cardinals basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Barstow Knights to 49 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mid-Buchanan for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16.
The Knights (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO). The Eagles enter the Crossroads contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Summit Christian Academy ran past Smithville (Smithville, MO), 86-60, in a non-league contest.
