January 11, 2024: Martin, SD 57551 The Philip Scotties (Philip, SD) basketball crushed the host Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD), 56-25 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Scotties (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Jones County (Murdo, SD). The Coyotes go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Jones County walloped Lyman (Presho, SD), 77-41, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lyman for a non-league test on Friday, January 12. Bennett County will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 77-41 non-league loss to Jones County (Murdo, SD). The Raiders record now stands at 2-4.
