Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Perkiomen Valley can't hold off Spring-Ford
January 11, 2024: Royersford, PA 19468 The Perkiomen Valley Vikings basketball team (Collegeville, PA), was nudged 53-52 in Thursday's league battle with the host Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA)
The Rams now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pope John Paul II for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 13. Spring-Ford will battle a team coming off a 54-39 league win over Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA). The record now stands at 4-7.
The Vikings (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Methacton (Norristown, PA). The Warriors come into the Pioneer - Liberty battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Methacton edged Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA), 66-65, in a non-league battle.
