The Cougars now possess a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northland Prep Academy for a 2A Central battle on Saturday, January 13. Phoenix Christian will confront a Spartans team coming off a 71-48 non-league win over Pinon (Pinon, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 8-9.
The Eagles (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ). The Redskins come into the non-league battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, St. Johns was toppled by Round Valley (Eagar, AZ), 54-44, in a league battle.
