Arizona High School Basketball - Saguaro crushes Arcadia

Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Arcadia Titans (Phoenix, AZ), 81-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Saguaro upgrades its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Sabercats travel to Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ) to play the Wildcats in a 4A Desert Sky bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 16-3. Mesquite lost 35-34 in their recent league bout against Seton Catholic (Chandler, AZ)

Next up, the Titans play the St. Mary's Knights (Phoenix, AZ) in a 4A Desert Sky bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Arcadia will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 47-9 league win over Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ).
