The Aurora Central Trojans basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Gateway Olympians to 20 in the Trojans league victory on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to George Washington for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Aurora Central will battle a Patriots team coming off a 54-40 non-league loss to Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Patriots record now stands at 3-10.

The Olympians (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Denver North (Denver, CO). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Denver North triumphed over Far Northeast Warriors (Denver, CO), 58-10, in a non-league contest.
