Nevada High School Basketball - Round Mountain overwhelms Carlin

January 11, 2024: Round Mountain, NV 89045

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Round Mountain Knights (Round Mountain, NV) and the visiting Carlin Railroaders (Carlin, NV), saw Round Mountain's basketball squad wallop Carlin by a tally of 42-12.

With the victory, Round Mountain improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Indian Springs (Indian Springs, NV) to play the Thunderbirds in a 1A Central challenge on Friday, January 12. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Indian Springs won 43-15 in their recent non-league challenge against Sandy Valley (Sandy Valley, NV)

Next up, the Railroaders play the Wells Leopards (Wells, NV) in a 1A East challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Carlin will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record.
