In Thursday's non-league outing, the Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Hobbton Wildcats (Newton Grove, NC), by a count of 49-11.

The Trojans (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Trojans go into the 3A/4A All-American outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Pine Forest was crushed by Riverside Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC), 43-36, in a league outing.
