January 11, 2024: Palm Desert, CA 92211 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Xavier Prep Saints (Palm Desert, CA) and the visiting Palm Springs Indians (Palm Springs, CA), saw Xavier Prep's basketball squad wallop Palm Springs by a tally of 55-24.
With the victory, Xavier Prep improves its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Saints travel to La Quinta (La Quinta, CA) to confront the Blackhawks in a Desert Empire challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. La Quinta won 57-25 in their recent league challenge against Rancho Mirage (Rancho Mirage, CA)
Next up, the Indians confront the Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) in a Desert Empire challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Palm Springs will attempt to improve on its 7-13 season record. The Aztecs come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 68-29 league loss to Shadow Hills (Indio, CA).
