The Shepherd Bluejays basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Pinconning Spartans to 17 in the Bluejays league victory on Thursday.

The Bluejays now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bullock Creek for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16.

The Spartans (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Meridian (Sanford, MI). The Mustangs come into the Jack Pine contest with a 6-0 record.
