North Carolina High School Basketball - Chase overwhelmed by Hendersonville
January 11, 2024: Hendersonville, NC 28791 The Hendersonville Bearcats basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Chase Trojans to 11 in the Bearcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bearcats now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Rutherford for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Hendersonville will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 53-48 non-league loss to Patton (Morganton, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 7-2.
The Trojans (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Brevard triumphed over R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC), 61-18, in a non-league contest.
