January 11, 2025: Summit, IL 60501 In Saturday's non-league test, the Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) basketball squad got by the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL), by a score of 64-60.
Next, the Argonauts encounter the Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL) in a South Suburban test, on Tuesday, January 14. Argo will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Braves come into the test with a 6-11 record after their 63-54 non-league loss to Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL).
The Warriors (8-9) will now prepare for their test against Stagg (Palos Hills, IL). The Chargers come into the SouthWest Suburban test with a 0-16 record. In their last test, Stagg was nipped by Andrew (Tinley Park, IL), 40-38, in a league test.
