January 11, 2025: Canton, OK 73724 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Geary Bison (Geary, OK) and the host Canton Tigers (Canton, OK), observed Geary's basketball team knock off Canton by a score of 38-30.
The Bison (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Hydro-Eakly (Hydro, OK). The Bobcats come into the Washita Valley challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Hydro-Eakly prevailed over Washington (Washington, OK), 68-50, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Mustangs (Waukomis, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 13. Canton will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 48-46 non-league loss to Ringwood (Ringwood, OK).
