January 11, 2025: Fletcher, OK 73541 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Navajo Indians (Altus, OK) and the host Fletcher Wildcats (Fletcher, OK), observed Navajo's basketball team edge Fletcher by a score of 45-42.
The Indians (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Burns Flat-Dill City (Burns Flat, OK). The Eagles come into the Shortgrass challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Burns Flat-Dill City edged Empire (Duncan, OK), 50-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Indiahoma Warriors (Indiahoma, OK) in a Caddo-Comanche challenge, on Friday, January 17. Fletcher will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 4-12 record after their 77-53 non-league loss to Sweetwater (Sweetwater, OK).
