The West Point-Beemer Cadets bounced the visiting Lyons-Decatur Northeast Cougars basketball squad by a final score of 69-32 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Cadets clash with the Battle Creek Braves (Battle Creek, NE) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 14. West Point-Beemer will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Braves come into the outing with a 4-7 record after their 79-53 non-league loss to Norfolk Catholic (Norfolk, NE).
