The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Wells Leopards (Wells, NV) and the visiting McDermitt Bulldogs (McDermitt, NV), observed Wells's basketball team edge McDermitt by a margin of 57-53.

The Leopards (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Carlin (Carlin, NV). The Railroaders come into the 1A East challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Carlin was tipped by Lund (Lund, NV), 52-31, in a league challenge.
