The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Oak Hill Golden Eagles (Converse, IN) and the visiting Peru Tigers (Peru, IN), observed Oak Hill's basketball team edge Peru by a score of 77-73.

The Golden Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Southwood (Wabash, IN). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Southwood was tipped by Huntington North (Huntington, IN), 74-47, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN) in a Three Rivers challenge, on Friday, January 17. Peru will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record.
