The Palisades Pirates basketball squad (Kintnersville, PA), was crushed 49-28 in Saturday's league battle with the host Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA)

With the victory, Saucon Valley advances its record to 8-4 on the year. The Panthers host Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA) to meet the Olympians in a non-league battle on Monday, January 13. The Olympians enter the battle with a record of 1-8. Jim Thorpe lost 51-37 in their recent non-league battle against Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA)
