Ohio High School Basketball - Aurora thwarts Cuyahoga Falls

January 11, 2025: Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221

The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Aurora Greenmen (Aurora, OH) and the host Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), observed Aurora's basketball team knock off Cuyahoga Falls by a score of 48-29.

The Greenmen (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH). The Blue Devils come into the Suburban - American challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Tallmadge dropped by Revere (Richfield, OH), 51-47, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Black Tigers encounter the Copley Indians (Copley, OH) in a Suburban - American challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. Cuyahoga Falls will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 38-21 league win over Roosevelt (Kent, OH).
