The McDermitt Bulldogs basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Wells Leopards to 48 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Owyhee for a 1A East game on Friday, January 17. McDermitt will confront a Braves team coming off a 29-17 league loss to Eureka (Eureka, NV). The Braves record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Wells falls to 11-5 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Carlin (Carlin, NV) to confront the Railroaders in a 1A East game on Thursday, January 16. The Railroaders go into the game with a record of 5-7. Carlin lost 30-28 in their recent league game against Lund (Lund, NV)
