The Springer Red Devils basketball team scored 40 points and limited the visiting Reserve Mountaineers to 28 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Red Devils now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Lordsburg for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16.

With the loss, Reserve falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Hozho Academy (Gallup, NM) to confront the Wolves in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14.
