Washington High School Basketball - Lynden crushes Oak Harbor
January 12, 2022: Lynden, WA 98264 Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA), 51-18 in a league bout.
With the win, Lynden upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Anacortes (Anacortes, WA) to clash with the Seahawks in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Saturday, January 15. The Seahawks go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Anacortes won 57-38 in their recent league bout against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA)
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout, on Friday, January 14. Oak Harbor will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 81-22 league win over Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA).
