January 12, 2023: Wayland, IA 52654 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the WACO Warriors (Wayland, IA) and the visiting Hillcrest Academy Ravens (Kalona, IA), saw WACO's basketball squad overcome Hillcrest Academy by a tally of 65-46.
With the victory, WACO improves its record to 12-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Wapello (Wapello, IA) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Wapello lost 67-39 in their recent league challenge against Pekin (Packwood, IA)
