January 12, 2023: Solon Springs, WI 54873 Solon Springs Eagles (Solon Springs, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hurley Northstars (Hurley, WI), 79-47 in a league bout.
With the win, Solon Springs upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Eagles host Lac Courte Oreilles (Hayward, WI) to clash with the Eagles in a Indianhead bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Lac Courte Oreilles lost 52-50 in their recent non-league bout against Cornell (Cornell, WI)
Next up, the Northstars clash with the South Shore Cardinals (Port Wing, WI) in a Indianhead bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Hurley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 67-34 league loss to Drummond (Drummond, WI).
