Montana High School Basketball - Lockwood crushes Shepherd
January 12, 2023: Billings, MT 59101 Lockwood LIONS (Billings, MT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Shepherd Mustangs (Shepherd, MT), 64-23 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lockwood upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The LIONS travel to Park (Livingston, MT) to face the Rangers in a A Southeast game on Friday, January 13. The Rangers enter the game with a record of 1-6.
With the defeat, Shepherd moves to 0-6 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Columbus (Columbus, MT) to face the Cougars in a B District 4 game on Saturday, January 14. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 7-0. Columbus won 52-42 in their recent league game against Huntley Project (Worden, MT)
