January 12, 2023: Mahwah, NJ 07430 The Ramsey Rams (Ramsey, NJ) basketball knocked off the host Mahwah Thunderbirds (Mahwah, NJ), 37-29 in Thursday's league test.
The Rams (9-0) will now prepare for their test against Mountain Lakes (Mountain Lakes, NJ). The Lakers go into the non-league test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Mountain Lakes went down by Pequannock (Pompton Plains, NJ), 58-33, in a non-league test.
The Thunderbirds now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to River Dell for a Big North - Patriot test on Tuesday, January 17. Mahwah will encounter a Golden Hawks squad coming off a 64-56 league win over Pascack Hills (Montvale, NJ). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 8-4.
