In Thursday's league match, the visiting Methacton Warriors basketball team scored a decisive 61-23 triumph over the Boyertown Bears.

In their next game, the Warriors meet the Perkiomen Valley Vikings (Collegeville, PA) in a Pioneer match, on Tuesday, January 17. Methacton will attempt to move on its 10-4 season record.

With the defeat, Boyertown moves to 4-9 on the year. The Bears travel to Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA) to meet the Blue Streaks in a non-league match on Saturday, January 14.
