Hanover Bears (Hanover, NH) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Merrimack Valley The Pride (Penacook, NH), 25-17 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hanover upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Bears host Manchester West (Manchester, NH) to play the Blue Knights in a Division II bout on Friday, January 13. The Blue Knights come into the bout with a record of 0-4. Manchester West lost 49-24 in their recent league bout against Pelham (Pelham, NH)
