Iowa High School Basketball - Postville ripped by Nashua-Plainfield
January 12, 2023: Nashua, IA 50658 The Nashua-Plainfield Huskies basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Postville Pirates to 21 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Huskies now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwood-Kensett for a Corn Bowl contest on Friday, January 13. Nashua-Plainfield will meet a Vikings team coming off a 39-27 league win over North Butler (Greene, IA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-7.
The Pirates (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against West Central (Maynard, IA). The Blue Devils enter the Upper Iowa contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, West Central triumphed over Starmont (Arlington, IA), 44-43, in a non-league contest.
