The Osceola Seminoles (Osceola, AR) basketball knocked off the visiting Rivercrest Colts (Wilson, AR), 79-60 in Thursday's league test.

The Seminoles (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Manila (Manila, AR). The Lions go into the 3A Region 3 test with a 5-4 record.

The Colts now own a 12-10 record. They play next when they host Harrisburg for a 3A Region 3 test on Monday, January 16. Rivercrest will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 47-19 league loss to Corning (Corning, AR). The Hornets record now stands at 4-12.
