Ohio High School Basketball - Wauseon crushes Swanton
January 12, 2023: Wauseon, OH 43567 Wauseon Indians (Wauseon, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Swanton Bulldogs (Swanton, OH), 47-22 in a league bout.
With the win, Wauseon upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Indians travel to Pettisville (Pettisville, OH) to play the Blackbirds in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Blackbirds go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Pettisville lost 36-34 in their recent non-league bout against Antwerp (Antwerp, OH)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Holgate Tigers (Holgate, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 16. Swanton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 42-25 non-league loss to Kalida (Kalida, OH).
