January 12, 2024: Apache, OK 73006 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Apache Warriors (Apache, OK) and the visiting Hollis Tigers (Hollis, OK), saw Apache's basketball squad overcome Hollis by a tally of 53-43.
With the victory, Apache improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host Hinton (Hinton, OK) to play the Comets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Hinton won 56-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Carnegie (Carnegie, OK)
Next up, the Tigers play the Merritt Oilers (Elk City, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 15. Hollis will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Oilers come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 64-39 non-league win over Burns Flat-Dill City (Burns Flat, OK).
