Texas High School Basketball - Summer Creek ripped by Atascocita
January 12, 2024: Houston, TX 77044 The Atascocita Eagles basketball team scored 93 points and held the host Summer Creek Bulldogs to 65 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 21-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kingwood for a 6A Region III District 21 contest on Tuesday, January 16. Atascocita will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 44-33 league win over North Shore (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-11.
The Bulldogs (13-11) will now prepare for their contest against West Brook (Beaumont, TX). The Bruins enter the 6A Region III District 21 contest with a 17-8 record. In their last contest, West Brook triumphed over King (Houston, TX), 60-54, in a league contest.
