New York High School Basketball - East Syracuse-Minoa crushes Central Square
January 12, 2024: Central Square, NY 13036 East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans (East Syracuse, NY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Central Square Redhawks (Central Square, NY), 67-37 in a league bout.
With the victory, East Syracuse-Minoa upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Spartans host Oswego (Oswego, NY) to play the Bucs in a Section 3 Salt City - Empire bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Bucs come into the bout with a record of 3-8.
Next up, the Redhawks play the Liverpool Warriors (Liverpool, NY) in a Section 3 Salt City - Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Central Square will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 10-1 record after their 53-39 league win over Fayetteville-Manlius (Manlius, NY).
