Wonderview Daredevils (Hattieville, AR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Guy-Perkins Thunderbirds (Guy, AR), 73-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Wonderview upgrades its record to 16-7 on the season. The Daredevils host Arkansas School for the Deaf (Little Rock, AR) to play the Leopards in a 1A Region 4 bout on Monday, January 22. The Leopards go into the bout with a record of 2-14.

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Scranton Rockets (Scranton, AR) in a 1A Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Guy-Perkins will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 23-6 record after their 69-38 league win over Sacred Heart (Morrilton, AR).
