The Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks basketball team scored 30 points and held the host Gateway Christian to 19 in the Seahawks league triumph on Friday.
The Seahawks now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hampton Christian Academy for a VISAA Division IV contest on Tuesday, January 16. Atlantic Shores Christian will meet a Warriors team coming off a 36-26 league win over StoneBridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 11-0.
The (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA). The Gators enter the VISAA Division III contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Greenbrier Christian Academy was outscored by Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA), 34-29, in a non-league contest.
