The Marist Spartans basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Junction City Tigers to 22 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Bend for a 4A Sky Em contest on Tuesday, January 16. Marist will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-42 league loss to Marshfield (Coos Bay, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-6.

The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against North Bend (North Bend, OR). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Sky Em contest with a 10-6 record.
