The Rowe Warriors basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Pioneer Diamondbacks to 35 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial for a 5A Region IV District 31 contest on Tuesday, January 16.
The Diamondbacks (19-9) will now prepare for their contest against Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North (Pharr, TX). The Raiders enter the 5A Region IV District 31 contest with a 14-13 record. In their last contest, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North ran past McAllen (McAllen, TX), 33-23, in a league contest.
