Texas High School Basketball - Prestonwood Christian tops Trinity Christian

Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Trinity Christian Trojans (Addison, TX), 66-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Prestonwood Christian upgrades its record to 22-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Parish Episcopal (Dallas, TX) to play the Panthers in a TAPPS 6A District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 12-9. Parish Episcopal won 51-31 in their recent non-league bout against Episcopal School of Dallas (Dallas, TX)

Next up, the Trojans play the Nolan Catholic Vikings (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 6A District 1 bout, on Friday, January 19. Trinity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record.
