January 12, 2024: Houston, TX 77012 The crowd at Friday's league test between the Milby Buffs (Houston, TX) and the visiting Sterling Raiders (Houston, TX), saw Milby's soccer squad knock off Sterling by a count of 3-0.
The Buffs now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Waltrip for a 5A Region 3 District 19 test on Tuesday, January 16. Milby will meet a Rams squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Carnegie Vanguard (Houston, TX). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Sterling drops to 0-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to Galena Park (Galena Park, TX) to meet the Yellowjackets in a 5A Region 3 District 19 test on Tuesday, January 16. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 0-2. Galena Park 2-2 in their recent league test against Madison (Houston, TX)
