Tri-Village Patriots (New Madison, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH), 88-21 in a league bout.

With the win, Tri-Village upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Patriots travel to Bellbrook (Bellbrook, OH) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 15. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-0.

Next up, the Jets play the Bethel Bees (Tipp City, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 17. Franklin Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Bees go into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 29-28 league win over Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH).
