The Princeton Tigers basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting North Branch Vikings to 40 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Rapids for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 15. Princeton will meet a Thunderhawks team coming off a 65-26 league win over Hibbing/Victory Christian Academy (Hibbing, MN). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 15-2.

The Vikings (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Cloud Tech (St. Cloud, MN). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, St. Cloud Tech was nudged by Brainerd (Brainerd, MN), 52-47, in a league contest.
