Michigan High School Basketball - Swan Valley fells Birch Run
January 13, 2023: Saginaw, MI 48609 Swan Valley Vikings (Saginaw, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI), 68-57 in a league bout.
With the win, Swan Valley upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Vikings host St. Charles (St. Charles, MI) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-6. St. Charles lost 39-24 in their recent league bout against Sacred Heart Academy (Mt. Pleasant, MI)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the North Branch Broncos (North Branch, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Birch Run will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Broncos go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 63-41 league loss to Armada (Armada, MI).
