Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Central Valley Christian Cavaliers (Visalia, CA), saw Washington Union's basketball squad wallop Central Valley Christian by a tally of 68-34.

With the victory, Washington Union improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host Immanuel (Reedley, CA) to confront the Eagles in a Tri-County challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-11. Immanuel won 74-62 in their recent league challenge against Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA)

Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Coalinga Horned Toads (Coalinga, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Central Valley Christian will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Horned Toads come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 43-35 league win over Dos Palos (Dos Palos, CA).
