Arkansas High School Basketball - Riverview topples Central
January 13, 2023: Searcy, AR 72143 In Friday's league outing, the Riverview Raiders (Searcy, AR) basketball squad beat the visiting Central Cougars (West Helena, AR), by a margin of 67-48.
The Raiders (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against Episcopal (Little Rock, AR). The Wildcats go into the 3A Region 6 outing with a 13-5 record. In their last outing, Episcopal defeated Lisa Academy North (Sherwood, AR), 83-67, in a league outing.
The Cougars now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Bald Knob for a 3A Region 6 outing on Wednesday, January 18. Central will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 72-40 league loss to Rose Bud (Rose Bud, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-11.
