Iowa High School Basketball - Emmetsburg fells Northwest Webster
January 13, 2023: Manson, IA 50563 Emmetsburg E'Hawks (Emmetsburg, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Northwest Webster Cougars (Manson, IA), 63-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Emmetsburg upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The E'Hawks host Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA) to clash with the Rebels in a Twin Lakes bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Sioux Central won 70-32 in their recent league bout against Southeast Valley (Gowrie, IA)
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Southeast Valley Jaguars (Gowrie, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Northwest Webster will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 70-32 league loss to Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA).
