Pennsylvania High School Basketball - George School overwhelms Moorestown Friends
January 13, 2023: Newtown, PA 18940 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the George School Cougars (Newtown, PA) and the visiting Moorestown Friends Foxes (Moorestown, NJ), saw George School's basketball squad wallop Moorestown Friends by a tally of 81-43.
With the victory, George School improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Bradford Christian Academy (Haverhill, MA) to confront the Sentinels in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 14. The Sentinels come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Foxes confront the Riverside Rams (Riverside, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Moorestown Friends will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 77-57 non-league win over STEMCivics (Ewing, NJ).
