Florida High School Basketball - Glades Central can't hold off Okeechobee

The Okeechobee Brahmans basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Glades Central Raiders to 39 in the Brahmans non-league victory on Friday.

The Brahmans now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palm Beach Central for a non-league match on Monday, January 16. Okeechobee will meet a Broncos team coming off a 58-50 non-league loss to Jupiter (Jupiter, FL). The Broncos record now stands at 9-8.

With the defeat, Glades Central moves to 5-8 on the year. The Raiders host Clewiston (Clewiston, FL) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, January 14. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 3-4. Clewiston lost 61-39 in their recent league match against LaBelle (LaBelle, FL)
